Shopping Information
We provide free standard delivery service for all orders, no minimum order amount limit.
We currently only offer delivery within the United States.If you need to ship to another country, please contact us at E-mail support@yhlamps.com.
You can pay with PayPal and Venmo. You can choose the most convenient payment method to complete the payment during the settlement process.
Order & Returns
Orders can be placed without creating an account. Of course I suggest you create an account. You can enjoy a better shopping experience.
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. For more information, visit the return and refund page.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment (Monday to Sunday).
Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. The order confirmation should be sent right away, but there can be a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible: support@yhlamps.com If it takes more than 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order.
After the goods are shipped,We will provide you with the name of the express delivery company and tracking number by email. With this tracking number you can view a tracking summary which will list delivery information that has been captured at various scan points throughout your item's journey.
You will receive an e-mail that confirms that your order has been processed successfully.

nswer: First determine the application environment (dry indoors, humid indoors, outdoor). All power supplies can be used in every application. Next, calculate the total wattage of the light strip you will be using, multiply the total feet by W/ft to calculate the wattage. Finally, choose a power supply that is equal to or greater than the total wattage of the light strip. US conventional voltage: 110~120V. European conventional voltage: 120~240V. We can also customize for drought needs.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and color’s reproduction is as accurate as photographic processes or a printed material allow. Please, note there may be color variations depending on the calibration and screen’s setting. As every of our product is hand-crafted, the possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes may exist from one piece to another. The latter does in no way affect the quality, craftsmanship, aesthetic or function of the piece.
LED source or lamp is usually included in the fittings.
